Membership Sales Manager

We’re building Dharā Studio, reformer and mat Pilates for real bodies, and we’re looking for a Membership Sales Manager to grow our community from day one. You’ll bring in new clients, turn intro offers into members, and keep those members loving us for years.

3-month fixed-term contract, Hove
37.5 hours a week, 5 days a week. Most days will be daytime, but because leads are most likely to pick up the phone in the evening and at weekends, you’ll work some evenings and weekends, with the rota agreed in advance. Hours you work outside the daytime are balanced by time off in the week.

Before the studio opens, you’ll work flexibly from home, with meetings at PLATF9RM Hove. From opening, we’ll agree the days you’re in the Hove studio. You’ll report to the Studio Owner and Operations Director. You'll join a few weeks before our January opening to help build the launch pipeline.
Period covered: 7 December 2026 to 5 March 2027.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate leads through Instagram and partnerships with local businesses, physios and community groups

  • Call, text or email every new lead and intro offer client within 24 hours

  • Guide, don’t push. Hold consultation conversations about goals and recommend the right option

  • Know your members, celebrate milestones, notice the quiet ones before they cancel, and run renewal and referral campaigns

  • Report weekly on leads, conversion, retention and revenue from Arketa

  • Train and support front of house on sales conversations

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in fitness, hospitality or retail

  • Warm, confident on the phone and a brilliant listener

  • Organised with numbers and comfortable with booking and CRM software

  • Motivated by targets and resilient after a no

  • A genuine love of fitness and wellbeing

  • The right to work in the UK

Pay: Base salary of £30,000 a year pro-rata (approximately £7,500 over the 3-month term) plus commission on new memberships. On-target earnings of £36,000 a year pro-rata, or approximately £9,000 over the term, before tax.
