This website is operated by Indie Wellness Ltd, trading as Dhara Studio ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

What information we collect‍ ‍

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• First name and last name

• Email address

• Phone number

We only collect what we need to manage your waitlist registration and, if you choose, keep you updated ahead of launch.

How we use your information

Purpose 1 - Registering and managing your place on the waitlist.
Lawful basis 1 - Legitimate interests and to administer your registration and respond to your enquiry.

Purpose 2 - Sending you updates about our launch and founding member offers, by email and/or text.
Lawful basis 2 - Consent, only if you've ticked the opt-in checkbox when signing up‍.

You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time — see "Your rights" below. This won't affect your place on the waitlist.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party services to run this website and manage the waitlist. Your information may be processed by:

• Arketa - the platform we use to manage the waitlist and, once we launch, studio bookings and memberships.

• Squarespace - our website hosting provider.

These providers only process your information on our instructions, to provide their service to us. Where any of these providers are based outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK GDPR requirements before your data is transferred.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

If you become a Dhara Studio member, your information forms part of your membership record and is retained in line with our standard client data retention practices.

If you don't convert to a member, we'll delete your waitlist details within 12 months of our studio opening.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your information

• Restrict or object to how we use it

• Withdraw consent to marketing at any time

• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you're unhappy with how we've handled your information
